Through her international studies,with teachers like, Osho, Lynn Mac Taggert, Bruce Lipton, Joe Dispenza, Gregg Braden, NICAMB, Coaches Rising, Gabor Mate she came to know about the remarkable system of Self repair that works day in and day out within our body’s and she learned to Improve that its ability to heal is within your control too.
Anouk experienced herself a full healing from the inside out after suffering from trauma and physical illnesses. She loves to empower people, to help them unlock their natural Healing potentials.
She gives Workshops and Individual sessions in her private practice in the Netherlands. She works as a Consultant, Trainer and Coach in Companies around the world and guides Team and individuals through paradigm and consciousness shifts.
