You can change your life in amazing ways – you just need to know how

I work with people one-to-one, training them to use self-directed neuroplasticity and other techniques to transform how they think and feel.

If you work with me in this way, you will learn a combination of knowledge, practical skills and deep insight into your own processes. You will discover tools that you can use for the rest of your life. Above all, you will learn how to change yourself and your life in ways that will set you free.

If you are seeking to heal trauma, we will do this by:

  • understanding what beliefs and thought patterns were created by the trauma;
  • replacing those neural networks with new patterns that create happiness, health and wellbeing.

If you are drawn to this work because you want to realize your own full potential, we will do this by:

  • identifying your self-limiting beliefs and programs,
  • replacing them with new thinking.

I will give you the tools you need. The truth is, this kind of change is not as difficult as you may think, although it does take commitment and practice.

I Studied with the NICAMB Neuroscientists ( National Institute for the Clinical Application of Behavioral Medicine), Dr. Bessel van der Kolk MD, Peter Levine, PhD.

I have been studying various teachings and meditations with different institutes and scientists and embody the change myself.

I do give open trainings and retreats where the Heart & Brain learn to dance in harmony again and you can heal, emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually.

To discuss what you are seeking and how I can help, just get in touch.

Yesterday I was clever,
so I wanted to change the world
Today I am wise,
so I am changing myself
