Aiming to move beyond survival- and thrive

Even if there are serious problems that need to be addressed, I encourage the companies I work with to be open to a different kind of leadership and co-operation.

I’ve seen even the most dysfunctional teams turn their beliefs and attitudes around, get beyond the problems and learn to enjoy working together for the common good. Equally, teams that are already functioning well are able to reach completely new levels of creativity and productivity.

Whatever your starting point, I encourage you to expect more. Expect to see your team shift into a completely new working style based on emotional intelligence, ownership and a positive mindset. And expect to learn as much about yourself as you do about your team. This is about management and teams making a difference together.

What does success look like to you?

I’d say training is a success when people take what they learn into their day-to-day lives, and their lives improve. It’s when managers can see the results at work every day in their organization.
